Vanilla cookies with chocolate


  • Vegetable butter 250 gr
  • Self-rising flour 1 package
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar 1 1/2 κούπα
  • Vanilla powder 2 items
For the coating
  • Dark chocolate 300 gr
  • Colored sprinkles for garnish


Beat with an electric mixer the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add  the eggs one by one and continue beating.Pour the milk and the vanilla powder and finally the flour gradually, stirring until the dough does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a  film and refrigerate it for 2 hours.Then shape the cookies and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven).Removing from the oven and let them cool thoroughly. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Put the cookies on a wire rack and pour them over.In the end garnish with colored sprinkles and enjoy them.
