Two colored chocolate-vanilla cream


  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 250 gr
  • Dark chocolate 75 gr cut into pieces
  • All-purpose flour 3 tablespoons
  • Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla powder 1 item
  • Gelatin 3 gr (2 sheets)
  • Dark chocolate drops for garnish


Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.In a pan add the milk,the sugar,the flour,the corn flour,squeeze with your hands the gelatin and add it to the mixture too.Stir the mixture at medium heat until bubbles appear which means it starts to thicken.Remove from the heat,divide the cream into two pans.In one pan add 1 teaspoon butter,the chocolate pieces and stir until the chocolate melts.In the other pan add a teaspoon of butter,the vanilla powder and stir thoroughly.You have a chocolate and a vanilla cream,beat both of them separately with an electric mixer for 5 minutes.Pour the chocolate into a piping bag and fill some glasses holding them on the slant and stabilize them in this position.Refrigerate them for 30 minutes.Pour the vanilla cream in a piping bag and fill the glasses.Sprinkle with the chocolate drops,refrigerate them for a while and they are ready to enjoy them.
