- Tortellini 1 package cheese stuffed
- Heavy cream 1 package 0,200 liter
- Mushrooms 1 package 250 gr
- Bacon 200 gr
- Parmesan 200 gr
- Gouda 200 gr
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Boil the tortellini for 15 minutes at medium heat.Strain them under cold water so as not to stick together.Leave them in a colander.In a small pan heat the olive oil until smoke and then saute the mushrooms and the bacon.Add the heavy cream,bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes at medium heat,remove it from the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.Then add both kinds of the grated cheese and stir well until the mixture combines and the sauce thickens.Put the tortellini into a roasting pan and cover them with the sauce,bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes approximately.
