Sweet club sandwich


For the crepes
  • Evaporated milk 1 can
  • Water 1 1/2 can
  • Eggs 3 items slightly beaten
  • Sugar 2 full tablespoons
  • Salt 1 level teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil 1 1/2 glass
  • All-purpose flour as much as needed to become a nice batter
For the filling
  • Bananas 2 items cut into round slices
  • Nutella


In a big bowl put the milk and the water.Beat the eggs slightly and add them to the bowl,add the sugar,salt and the sunflower oil too.Finally add the flour,as much as needed,and stir until you the mixture becomes a nice batter.Heat a small non-stick frying pan and add a ladleful of the batter into the frying pan.Fry until each batter ladleful forms a crepe at high temperature.After preparing as many crepes as you want,make the club sandwich,line a crepe,spread with nutella and round banana slices,do the same three times alternately and top with a crepe.Cut with a big knife into four pieces and serve warm.Optionally,topping with chocolate syrup(or any other flavor) and browned almond slivers.
