Stuffed puff pastry rolls


  • Puff pastry 2 sheets
  • Yellow cheese 12-15 slices
  • Ham 12-15 slices
  • Μανιτάρια 15-20 φρέσκα κομμένα σε φέτες
  • Cherry tomatoes 15-20 cut into thin slices


Roll out a puff pastry sheet and place on the whole surface the cheese and ham slices.Layer the cherry tomatoes and mushrooms cut into thin slices on top.Roll the puff pastry sheet,as tight as you can.Wrap it in parchment paper and then in transparent film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.Follow the same procedure with the other sheet of pastry.Remove the first roll from the refrigerator and cut it into thin slices 2 cm thick approximately.Line them in a roasting pan line with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 15 – 25 minutes approximately until brown.Do the same with the other roll.
