Ingredients
- Mussels 500 gr unshelled
- Onion 1 big mashed
- Garlic 2 cloves mashed
- White wine 1/2 glass
- Parsley 3 tablespoons
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 only the juice
- Water 1/2 glass
- Olive oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
Clean the mussels and remove the pull the black fibrous “beard” and wash them.In a frying pan heat the olive oil and add the onion and the garlic,saute slightly and add the mussels.Saute at high heat until brown,then pour the wine and stir constantly until evaporated.Add the water,season with salt and pepper,add the mustard and the lemon juice.Cook for 5 minutes until thick and then add the finely chopped parsley.
