- Pineapple 1 item cut into dice or a tin of pineapple
- Puff pastry 1 sheet
- Heavy cream 250 ml
- Caster sugar 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract 1 item powdered
- Caster sugar for sprinkle
Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares and put them in a roasting pan covered with parchment paper.Bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven until brown and puffed.Cut them into pieces.Beat with an electric mixer the heavy cream with the caster sugar and the vanilla powder until it becomes whipped cream.Cut the pineapple into dice,fill half of the puff pastry squares with the whipped cream,and put on top of them the pineapple pieces,top each with a second pastry square,sprinkle with caster sugar and enjoy them.
