Ingredients
- Puff pastry 1 sheet cut into square pieces
- Pleurotus mushrooms 500 gr
- Balsamic sauce 3 tablespoons
- Parmesan 100 gr grated
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
In a frying pan saute the mushrooms with the olive oil until tender,season with salt and pepper,add the balsamic sauce and stir until evaporated.Let them cool.Cut the puff pastry into square pieces,place them in a roasting pan lined with parchment paper and fill them with the mushrooms.Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan,fold the corners of the pastry and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes approximately until the cheese melts and the pastry browns.Serve them warm.
