Ingredients
- Potatoes 2
- Onion 1
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Beef stock cube 1 glass
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Water 3-4 glasses
- Salt - pepper
For the sauce
- Yogurt 1
- Egg yolk 1
- All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
Instructions
In a pan heat the olive oil and the butter.Add the finely chopped onion,the garlic and the finely chopped potatoes.Saute until they wither and add the dissolved beef stock cube and 3 to 4 glasses of water,add salt and pepper.Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Prepare the sauce :
In a bowl dissolve the yogurt,the egg yolk and the flour.Add some cold water to thin the sauce and add 1 glass of hot water.
Using a stick hand blender mash all the ingredients in the pan.Then pour the sauce over it.Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a boil.Serve it hot…
