Ingredients
- Pork 800 gr ( cut into bites )
- Red pepper 2 cut into slices
- Green pepper 2 cut into slices
- Yellow pepper 2 cut into slices
- Mustard 3 tablespoons ( spicy )
- Vegetable broth 1/2 cup
- Heavy cream 4 tablespoons
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
In a frying pan saute the pork bites and the pepper slices in some olive oil until they brown.Add the mustard and the vegetable broth and stir.Simmer for 30 minutes approximately and season with salt and pepper.Then add the heavy cream.Simmer until the sauce thickens and serve.
