Ingredients
- Pears 6 big
- Corn oil 150 gr
- All-purpose flour 150 gr
- Sugar 75 gr
- Raisins 75 gr
- Dried figs 75 gr
- Orange zest 1 teaspoon
- Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
- Butter for spreading the mold
- Milk as much as needed to combine the batter
- Caster sugar for garnish
- Maraschino Liqueur 1/2 glass
- Salt a pinch
Instructions
Wash and peel the pears,remove the core and cut them into thin slices.Soak the raisins,then squeeze them and cut the figs into small pieces.In a big bowl add these ingredients,the orange and lemon zest,both kinds of flour,the sugar,the Maraschino liqueur and the salt.Mix all the ingredients using a wooden ladle,add the milk,as much as needed until the batter combines.Butter a mold,pour the mixture in it and spread it evenly.Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes approximately.Remove the pie from the oven,let it cool and sprinkle with caster sugar or optionally with chocolate sauce.
