Peach jam in puff pastry


  • Puff pastry 2 sheets
  • Peach jam 1 jar
  • Egg 1 only the yolk
  • Caster sugar for sprinkle


Cut the puff pastry sheets into square pieces 10 cm approximately(see photos in recipe Stuffed puff pastry into different shapes).Score them in the middle,fold,dilute  the yolk with a little milk,brush the pastries and place them onto parchment paper.Stuff the empty part with a teaspoon of jam and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown(depending on the oven).Let them cool,sprinkle with caster sugar and enjoy.
