Ingredients
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil 1 small cup
- Salt - pepper 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 (only the juice)
- Water 2 cups
Instructions
Peel and wash the potatoes,then cut them into oblong pieces.In a roasting pan mix all the ingredients with the potatoes.Pour 2 cups of water and bake in preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes approximately.When they are tender and brown they are ready to be served.
