Octopus with ditalini pasta

Ingredients

  • Octopus 1 big
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 6 chopped in the blender
  • Bay leaves 3
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Allspice
  • Olive oil
  • Orzo pasta 1 package

Instructions

Boil the octopus well for 1 hour.When it is cool cut it into big pieces.In a pan put the olive oil,add the finely chopped onions and saute slightly.Add the octopus,the tomato and the spices.Add 1 big glass of water and boil for 20 minutes approximately.After 20 minutes add as much water as needed to boil the pasta.Bring to a boil and add the pasta,boil for as long as necessary.
