Ingredients
- Almonds 350 gr (powdered)
- Caster sugar 100 gr
- Lemon 1/2 only the zest
- Lemon 60 gr (of its juice)
For the chocolate
- White chocolate 200 gr
- Caster sugar 100 gr
Instructions
In a blender add the lemon juice and zest,the caster sugar and the almond powder and mix until it becomes a nice batter.Let the batter rest for a while and then shape it into small balls.Melt the white chocolate in bain marie.Dip the balls in the chocolate and the in roll them quickly in the caster sugar.
