Ingredients
- Milk 1 kg warm
- Eggs 4 (separate the yolks and the whites)
- Sugar 200 gr
- All-purpose flour 15 gr
- Rice flour 15 gr
- Lemons 2 big (juice and zest)
Instructions
In a pan add the yolks,the lemon zest,half of the sugar,the rice flour and mix well.Add the warm milk gradually until it is absorbed and simmer at low heat for 5 minutes,then keep it aside.In a glass bowl add the whites and the remaining sugar and beat well until they turn white.Add them to the mixture in the pan and add the lemon juice.Stir well and pour the mixture into small bowls or glasses.Let the cream cool and serve.Optionally garnish with pistachios.(this recipe yields 6 servings)
