Ingredients
- Peas 1 kg
- Lamb 500 gr cut into small servings
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Onions 2 small finely chopped
- Spring onions 2 -3 finely chopped
- Dill 1/2 small bunch finely chopped
- Salt - pepper
- Water 1 1/2 glass approximately
Instructions
Peel and chop finely the onions.Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onions.Add the lamb cut into small servings and saute until brown.Add the peas,salt,pepper,the water and in the end the finely chopped dill,bake for 40 minutes.Serve it warm.
