Ingredients
- Margarine 400 gr
- Caster sugar 12 small cups
- Self-rising flour 2 packages of 500 gr
- Vanilla powder 2 items
- Eggs 4-6
- Cognac 1 small glass
- Salt 1 pinch
Instructions
Beat with an electric mixer the margarine until it turns white.Add the sugar,the eggs,the vanilla powder,the cognac,the salt and the flour gradually,knead all the ingredients well until the dough does not stick to your hands.Then shape the dough into different shapes,using your hands or a biscuit cutter(each shape should consist of two pieces so as to put the same pieces together).Place them in a roasting pan lined with parchment paper and bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.When they are cool spread the jam or the nutella on the biscuits and cover each of them with the biscuits of the same shape.
