Hazelnut-cranberry chocolates


  • Cranberry 150 gr dried
  • Hazelnuts 150 gr smashed
  • Chocolate biscuits Oreo 1 packet (14 items) smashed
  • Dark chocolate 125 gr
  • Heavy cream 130 ml
  • Dark chocolate 160 gr
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Heavy cream 80 ml
  • White chocolate 70 gr


In a blender mash the hazelnuts to become powder and put it in a bowl.Do the same with the biscuits.Mash the cranberries in the blender for a while.Mix the hazelnuts with the biscuits and the cranberries in a bowl.Melt the dark chocolate and the heavy cream in a saucepan and pour the mixture in the bowl with the rest ingredients.Knead the mixture well and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.Pour the mixture in a disposable piping bag in which cut off the tip so that pressing it to come round wide stripes(see photos).Form 4-5 stripes onto parchment paper and put them in the refrigerator to become tight.When they are ready remove a small piece of their edges into equal rolls,which we put back in the refrigerator,till you prepare the covering.

For the covering:melt the dark chocolate with the heavy cream and once melted add the honey and stir well.

With quick movements and using two small forks,dunk the chocolates one by one into the melted dark chocolate and put them on parchment paper,after having the redundant chocolate well drained over them.Put them again in the refrigerator until the covering becomes tight.Melt the white chocolate and put it in a piping bag with a very fine tip.Place the chocolates in order and decorate with quick movements with the white chocolate.
