Garlic bread with parmesan


  • Stale bread cut into thick slices
  • Garlic 5 cloves finely chopped
  • Parmesan 100 gr grated
  • Butter 5 tablespoons melted
  • Parsley 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  • Oregano a little


Cut the  stale bread into thick slices.Boil the garlic without peeling it for 10-15 minutes until tender slightly and then peel it,put it in a bowl and puree using a fork.Add the melted butter,the grated parmesan,the  parsley and oregano.Stir thoroughly and spread the bread slices.Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes approximately until brown.Serve them warm.
