Ingredients
- Minced beef 500 gr
- Minced pork 250 GR
- Eggs 2
- Onions 2 grated
- Parsley 1 small cup finely chopped
- Stale bread 4 slices soaked and squeezed
- Salt - pepper
- Cumin
- Oregano
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour for flouring
Instructions
In a glass bowl put the minced meat and all the remaining ingredients,knead thoroughly and refrigerate for 2 hours.Shape into small balls,wet your hands so as the meatballs to become more fluffy.Flour and fry them.Do not fry for too long so as not to dry and remain fluffy.
