Easy-made apple pie

Ingredients

Crust
  • Eggs 4 items
  • Sugar 3/4 glass
  • Self-raising flour 1 1/2 glass
  • Vanilla 3 items powdered
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Cinnamon 1 pinch
Filling
  • Apples 3-4 items
  • Almonds 150 gr or nuts or hazelnuts coarsely chopped
  • Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable butter 1/2 bar
  • Sugar 1/2 glass

Instructions

In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat the eggs with the sugar until they become fluffy,add vanilla,salt,cinnamon and the flour gradually. Continue stirring until all ingredients are combined.

Melt the bar of vegetable butter with 1/2 glass of sugar and spread the bottom and sides of a round nonstick pan so as to cover the whole bottom and sides.Sprinkle with some of the coarsely chopped almonds(nuts or hazelnuts),sprinkle with a little cinnamon too.Peel the apples,remove the seeds,cut into slices and put them on the bottom of the pan,over the butter and the almonds.Sprinkle with a little cinnamon again and with the remaining almonds.Spread the dough over the apples and press it to cover them everywhere evenly.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes(depending on the oven).Once it is baked ,remove it from the oven,let it cool for a while and turn it upside down on a platter so as the bottom side of the pie to come up.It is ready to enjoy it.
