Ingredients
- Spaghetti 500 gr
- Grated Parmesan 150 gr
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Garlic 2 cloves finely chopped
- Bacon 200 gr smoked diced
- White wine 1 small glass
- Parsley 2 tablespoons finely chopped
- Heavy cream 120 gr
- Butter a little
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
In a pan heat the olive oil and saute the onion and the garlic until wither.Add the bacon,stir,add the wine and stir constantly until evaporated.Boil the spaghetti in salted water,according to the instructions on the package or according to your liking.In a bowl add the heavy cream,the Parmesan,the parsley,salt,pepper and mix well.Drain the spaghetti and put it again in the pan,add the butter and the ingredients sauteed in the frying pan,mix all the ingredients for a while and add to the spaghetti the mixture with the heavy cream and the cheese.Mix and it is ready to be served.
