Cupcakes with colored buttercream frosting

Ingredients

  • Self-rising flour 500 gr
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 400 gr
  • Vanilla powder 1
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Vegetable butter 1 tub
For the buttercream frosting
  • Cow butter 250 gr
  • Caster sugar 600 gr
  • Vanilla powder 1
  • Food coloring several colors of your choice

Instructions

In a bowl melt the butter.Add all the remaining ingredients and then add the flour,beat with an electric mixer until they combine.Pour the mixture into small molds and bake for 40 minutes approximately.Let them cool.When the butter has melted at room temperature,beat it with a mixer in a bowl for 10-15 minutes until it turns white.Add the vanilla powder and the caster sugar gradually,stirring constantly until the cream is fluffy.Then divide the mixture into different bowl,depending on how many different colors you have.Add in each bowl 2 drops of each color,mix well and with a piping bag garnish the cupcakes.
