Ingredients
- Coconut 80 gr
- Butter 160 gr
- All-purpose flour 320 gr
- Egg yolks 3 items
- Caster sugar 100 gr
- Sugar 50 gr
- Salt a pinch
- Flour and butter for spreading the roasting pans
Instructions
In a big bowl put the flour and make a well in the middle,add the butter at room temperature,the coconut,the caster sugar,the yolks and the salt,shape the dough into a ball,wrap it in transparent film or parchment paper and refrigerate it for 2 hours approximately.Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it into pieces,shape them into rolls 4 cm,wrap the rolls in transparent film and refrigerate them for 3 hours.Remove them from the refrigerator,remove the transparent film and roll them in the sugar.Cut each roll into round slices.Butter a roasting pan and sprinkle it with flour.Line the round slices into the roasting pan (allowing room for spreading) and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
