Ingredients
- Butter 1 cup
- All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup sifted
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Eggs 3 items
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla powder 1 item
- Cocoa powder 6 tablespoons
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate drops 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
In a big bowl beat with an electric mixer the butter and the sugar until fluffy,add the milk and the eggs one by one.Continue beating and add the sifted flour,the cocoa powder,the cinnamon,the baking powder,the vanilla powder and the dark chocolate drops.Continue beating until the mixture combines.Butter some cake molds and sprinkle them with brown sugar.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and pour the mixture into the molds.Bake for 15 minutes depending on the oven.They are ready when an inserted knife comes out clean.Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool.Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
