Ingredients
- Vegetable butter 2 packages
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 2 cups
- All-purpose flour 1 kg
- Baking powder 1 sachet
- Vanilla powder 2
- Lemon zest 1
- Orange zest 1
- Salt 1 pinch
Instructions
Knead all the ingredients together until the dough is smooth.Wrap it with transparent film and refrigerate it for 12 hours.Roll out the dough to 2/3 cm thickness and cut out Christmas shapes using cookie cutters.Line them on parchment paper and bake at 175 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.Decorate with colored icing.
