Ingredients
- Butter 250 gr
- All-purpose flour 300 gr
- Sugar 120 gr
- Egg 1
For the filling
- Heavy cream 250 gr
- Dark chocolate 200 gr
- Egg 1
- Caster sugar 80 gr
- Salt a pinch
- Cocoa powder for garnish (or chocolate sprinkles)
Instructions
In glass bowl mix the flour with the sugar,add cold and cut into pieces the butter,stir and add the egg.Knead the mix dough (if necessary add a little heavy cream) and place it into a buttered tart tin.Cover it with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
For the filling melt the dark chocolate at low heat and when it is melted add the caster sugar and the salt.Heat the heavy cream,add the beaten egg gradually stirring constantly and pour this mixture into the melted chocolate.Spread the chocolate cream on the cool tart (in the tart tin) and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 150 degrees.Garnish with some sifted cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles.
