Chocolate-filled Croissants


  • All-purpose flour 500 gr
  • Egg 1
  • Fresh yeast 50 gr
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Butter 125 gr
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Salt 1 level teaspoon
  • Hazelnut praline 1 package lukewarm
  • Olive oil 1 level teaspoon


Dissolve the yeast and a little sugar in lukewarm milk,let the mixture rise.Then in a bowl add all the ingredients ( the melted butter and the yeast that has risen ) knead well until it does not stick to your hands and let for 45 minutes to rise.Then divide the dough into balls and roll them out,cut dough into fourths to make 4 triangles,roll them up,creating a crescent shape.Brush them with an egg yolk diluted with a little olive oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.When they are still warm fill them with praline using a piping bag.
