Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 120 gr finely chopped
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter 125 gr
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Vanilla powder 1
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in bain marie.In a bowl sift the flour,the baking soda and the salt.In a bowl beat with a stick mixer the butter for a while until fluffy.Add both kinds of sugar ( granulated and brown ) and beat for 3 minutes.Add the melted chocolate and beat with the mixer until the mixture combines.Add the vanilla powder and the egg until they combine.Add the flour in three doses and beat the mixture slightly each time to absorb the flour.Refrigerate the dough covered for 3 hours approximately.Shape the dough into walnut sized balls.Roll the cookies in the caster sugar until they are completely covered in sugar.Line them on parchment paper allowing room for spreading,5 cm.Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
