Ingredients
- Cannelloni 1 package
- Chicken breast 500 gr
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 1 kg
- White wine 1/2 glass
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 2 cups
- Gruyere 1 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese 200 gr
- Salt - pepper
- Olive oil 1 cup
Instructions
Chop the chicken finely and saute it with the onion,season with salt and pepper and then pour the wine and stir constantly until evaporated.Cook at high heat until all the liquid has been absorbed.In another pan add the butter and the flour and stir until golden.Add the milk and stir to prevent from sticking.Grate the tomatoes and in a bowl add the bechamel sauce,half of the grated tomatoes,the chicken,half of the grated Gruyere and the cream cheese.In a roasting pan add some of the grated tomatoes kept,start stuffing the cannelloni with the filling and line them in the roasting pan.Pour the remaining grated tomatoes and 1 cup of milk over the cannelloni.Sprinkle with the grated Gruyere and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes approximately.( If you want you can make a double dose of bechamel sauce and pour it over the cannelloni)
