Ingredients
- Tagliatelle 1 package
- Heavy cream 250 gr
- Bacon 15 slices
- Yellow cheese (kasseri) 250 gr grated
- Parmesan 250 gr grated
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Milk 1 small cup
Instructions
Boil and drain the tagliatelle.In a pan melt 1 tablespoon of butter,add the tagliatelle and mix.Butter a roasting pan and line half of the tagliatelle,half of the grated cheese and bacon.Then line the remaining tagliatelle and then the remaining cheese and bacon.Then pour the heavy cream over the pasta.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes approximately.It is ready when the cheese on top browns.(Optionally add some milk to the heavy cream)
