- Cannelloni 1 package
- Feta cheese 250 gr grated
- Cream cheese 100 gr
- Spicy cheese 250 gr grated
- Spinach 600 gr fresh or supermarket-style
- Tomatoes 2 items finely chopped
- Onion 1 big finely chopped
- Spring onions 3 items finely chopped
- Egg 1 item
- Dill 1/2 small bunch finely chopped
- Milk 200 ml
- Butter 50 gr
- Salt - pepper
In a pan melt the butter and add the onions finely chopped,saute until golden and add the spinach(if you use fresh spinach peel and wash it up previously),the dill and stir fry all the ingredients together until their juices evaporate.Remove from the oven and let them cool.Butter a fireproof pan and lay the first finely chopped tomato onto the bottom of the pan.Onto the the cool spinach pour the egg,the cheese(keep half of the spicy cheese to use it in the end),salt,pepper and stir all the ingredients together.Fill the cannelloni easily,using a disposable
piping bag squeeze the filling into the cannelloni tubes (otherwise use a teaspoon).Line the cannelloni into the pan and spread over them the second finely chopped tomato.Pour the milk over and sprinkle with the rest of the spicy cheese.Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes(depending on the oven)until the cheese melts and the cannelloni are tender. For the first 20 minutes bake,covered with tinfoil and then remove it.Serve warm and enjoy them.
