Ingredients
- Beef 1 kg
- Onions 2 big finely chopped
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
- Sweet wine 0,200 liter
- Cinnamon stick 1/2
- Cloves 3
- Bay leaves 3
- Sweet paprika 1 tablespoon
- Chili pepper 1 tablespoon finely chopped
- Warm water
- Olive oil 1/3 cup
Instructions
First cut the beef into servings and saute it in a deep pan with the olive oil.Add the onion and the garlic,stir until golden.Then add the wine and stir until evaporated.Add the tomato paste,the chili pepper and the spices.Add the water,stir well,bring to a boil and then turn the heat down to medium low,cover the pan with the lid and simmer for 1,5 hour.
