- Meat pork or beef or chicken cut into small pieces
- Beer 1/2 can
- All-purpose flour as much as necessary
- Ketchup 2 tablespoons for coloring
- Gruyere 2 tablespoons grated
- Lemon pepper
- Sunflower oil for frying
Cut the meat that have left from the previous day pork,beef or chicken,baked,roasted or boiled into small pieces(bites).In a bowl put the flour,the beer,the ketchup and the grated cheese to prepare the batter.Depending on the amount of the meat,make the appropriate amount of batter which should not be juicy but like cake batter.Stir thoroughly and add to the batter the lemon pepper and the meat bites.Let them in the batter for 60 minutes.Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the bites on both sides until golden brown.Place them on absorbing cooking paper to drain the excess oil and they are ready to enjoy them.
