Baked pepperoni penne pasta

Ingredients

  • Penne pasta 500 gr
  • Regato 150 gr gtated
  • Mozzarella 150 gr grated
  • Pepperoni 200 gr finely chopped
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Egg 1 item
  • Salt - pepper

Instructions

Boil the penne pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain.Put the pasta in a deep bowl and add all the ingredients except milk and the egg and mix.Keep some of the grated cheese and some roun slices of the pepperoni (6-8 slices approximately).Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and put them into a buttered roasting pan and sprinkle with the grated cheese kept.Beat the milk with the egg and pour the mixture over pasta,then add on top the pepperoni slices (6-8 slices kept) and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees,until brown.Serve it warm and enjoy it.
