Baked Fusilli pasta with tomato sauce


  • Fusilli pasta 500 gr
  • Butter to spread the roasting pan
  • Bread crumbs for sprinkle
  • Mozzarella 200 gr grated
  • Parmesan 200 gr grated
  • Smoked turkey 150 gr cut into small pieces
  • Heavy cream 7 tablespoons
For the sauce
  • Tomatoes 3 finely chopped
  • Onion 1 small grated
  • Garlic 1 clove grated
  • Basil 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - pepper


Boil the fusilli pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package and drain the water.Boil all the ingredients for the sauce for 10 minutes.Butter a roasting pan and sprinkle it with bread crumbs.Mix the boiled fusilli pasta with the sauce,add the remaining ingredients (except heavy cream) ,mix and pour them into the roasting pan.Pour the heavy cream over the fusilli pasta and bake in preheated oven for 180 degrees for 25 minutes approximately until the cheese melts.Let it slightly cool and enjoy it.
