Apple cake


  • Butter 250 gr melted
  • Eggs 4
  • Self-rising flour 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 400 gr
  • Cinnamon 1 level tablespoon
  • Apples 2 peeled
  • Milk 1 glass warm
  • Orange 1 zest and juice
  • Vanilla powder 1


In a bowl put the melted butter and the sugar and beat them with an electric mixer.Add the eggs and continue beating.Add the flour and then the milk gradually,add the orange zest and juice,the cinnamon,the vanilla powder and continue beating.Butter a cake tin and pour the mixture.Peel and dice the apples,flour and then shake them to remove the excess flour.Place them into the mixture and press slightly to be covered with the mixture.Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees (it is ready when an inserted knife comes out clean).
