Aniseed puff pastry rolls

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry 400 gr
  • Egg 1 item only the yolk
  • Aniseed

Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry sheet,beat the yolk diluted with some water and smear the puff pastry.Sprinkle with the aniseed and cut the pastry into stripes first and then into oblique pieces.Line them into a roasting pan with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes until golden brown and they are ready to enjoy them.
