Ingredients
- Self-rising flour 2 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Margarine 230 gr
- Vanilla powder 1 item
- Amaretto 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Sift the flour.In a bowl beat with an electric mixer the butter and the sugar until fluffy.Add the vanilla powder,the amaretto and continue beating.Add the flour gradually and beat until the batter becomes tender.Cover it with transparent film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.Shape into small balls and make them flat pressing them with your palm.Line parchment paper in a roasting pan and place the cookies in it.Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes (depending on the oven) at 170 degrees.
