Ingredients
- Onions 700 gr cut into round slices
- Garlic 3 cloves finely chopped
- Butter 60 gr
- All-purpose flour 3 tablespoons
- White wine 1/2 glass
- Chicken broth dissolved into 7 glasses of water
- Parsley 2 tablespoons finely chopped
- Salt - pepper
- Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper optional
- Crouton optional
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan,peel and cut the onions into round slices and add them to the pan,saute at low heat for 10 minutes.Then add the garlic and stir,add the flour and stir constantly at low heat.Add the wine and stir until evaporated,add the chicken broth after having it dissolved into 7 glasses of water in a saucepan,add salt,pepper,oregano and the parsley and boil for 30 minutes.Serve the soup warm accompanied with crouton and red pepper(optional).
