Ingredients
- Caster sugar 400 gr
- Milk 3 tablespoons lukewarm
- Dark chocolate 400 gr melted
- Butter 1 tablespoon melted
- Mint liqueur 2 tablespoons for color (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves 1 tablespoon finely chopped (optional)
- Mint extract 4 drops
- Sunflower oil 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
In a roasting pan 25×25 cm line some parchment paper.Melt the dark chocolate in a nonstick pan at low heat,pour evenly half of the chocolate in the roasting pan and refrigerate it to cool well.In a saucepan melt the butter at low heat,add the milk,the liqueur and the finely chopped mint leaves optionally,the caster sugar,mix well until the mixture thickens and remove from the heat.Add 4 mint extract drops and the sunflower oil and stir well.When the chocolate is cool spread the mixture on top,refrigerate for 10 minutes,coat with the remaining chocolate,make some horizontal lines with a fork and refrigerate again until the chocolate thickens.When the chocolate is thickened,cut it into small square pieces ( dip the knife in hot water each time you cut ) and enjoy.
