Ingredients
- Sugar 1/2 cups
- Self-rising flour 1 cup
- Eggs 3
- Dark chocolate 250 gr
- Margarine 250 gr
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the margarine with the dark chocolate.In a bowl beat with an electric the eggs with the sugar until fluffy,add the flour and stir,then add the melted chocolate and stir thoroughly.Butter a cake tin or some molts,pour the mixture into the tin and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 7 minutes depending on the oven(bake for 10-12 minutes if needed,do not bake like cake but until puffed and crusted on top but still jiggly in center).It is ready to enjoy it,sprinkle with caster sugar or serve it without accompanied with ice cream.
