Ingredients
- Potatoes 3 items boiled
- Eggs 2 items boiled
- Cherry tomatoes 5 items
- Salt - pepper
- Pickled cucumber 2-3 items
For the sauce
- Mayonnaise 300 ml
- Ketchup 3 tablespoons
- Cognac 1 tablespoons
Instructions
Wash and boil the potatoes until tender,boil the eggs too.Peel the boiled potatoes,dice them,season with salt and pepper and place them in a dish.Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour it over the potatoes.Peel and cut the eggs into pieces.In the end garnish the salad with the eggs,the pickled cucumber,the cherry tomatoes and enjoy it.
